Introducing Secure Sign On - a new security feature designed to further protect you and your online accounts.

Our new Secure Sign On process has two parts. First, a picture and phrase which you select will be displayed every time you start the sign-on process, so you'll know you are at our site and it's safe to enter your personal information. Second, we will need to be sure it's you, so in some cases, we may ask for a bit more than your password before you sign on.

When you come to our site February 10 2007, you'll be asked to set up Secure Sign On when you reach the sign-on page, and we encourage you to do so. The process is very quick and very easy. Here's all you'll need to do:

Please note that some browsers allow you to save your password, so that you don't have to enter it every time you sign on. For security purposes, you will no longer be able to do this with Secure Sign On. In the future, you will be asked to type in your password each time you sign on to Online Banking. If you need help or can't remember your password, call client service at 888-353-0902.
